• A "chill" Autobot: Unlike the hot-blooded combatants, Salvage is a laid-back Autobot who, even before being brought to life, was perfectly happy as a tow truck for Sparkplug & Son Salvage. He may not be a front-line fighter, but his backstory is a refreshing break from the constant war.                                                                      
• Authentic vehicle mode: This figure transforms into a detailed, customized Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. The red and gold Colour scheme is accented by "Sparkplug and Son Salvage" livery on the side, a direct nod to the G1 comics and the Sanford and Son TV show.                                                                                         
• Hidden weapon gimmick: The truck bed cover conceals a unique, deployable "crusher claw" accessory. This spring-loaded feature adds an extra layer of fun and can also be used as a handheld weapon in robot mode.                                               
• Complex movie-style transformation: As with many figures from the original 2007 movie line, Salvage features a relatively complex, screen-accurate transformation that captures the aesthetic of the live-action films.
